Payment Plans If using a payment plan, the tuition is broken up into monthly payments spanning the program length. The number of monthly payments is depended on the specific course. Not all courses are eligible for payment plans. An additional Form “Preauthorized Credit Card Payment Authorization Agreement” will be sent out if you request a payment plan as it is required to take advantage of a payment plan.

Registration Deposit *

Space is limited, and applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will ONLY be reserved upon the receipt of all application materials and deposits. A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for all trainings with a tuition greater than $400. For programs with a tuition less than $400, the full tuition is due with the registration and is acts as the non-refundable deposit. Students will be placed on a waitlist should payments not be received and course seat lost. If applicant is not accepted into the program the deposit will be refunded. The registration deposit is required to hold your spot and cover administrative costs.

Cancellation Policy *

A student must provide written notice to Wellness Within if he or she wishes to withdraw from the Program. Where total fees have not yet been collected, Wellness Within is not responsible for refunding more than has been collected to date. Deposit payment is 100% non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by Wellness Within. 14 or More Days prior to Start of Course: If Wellness Within receives written notice from student of program withdrawal with 14 or more days until program is scheduled to begin, the course deposit can be transferred to another Yoga Teacher Training at Wellness Within scheduled within the next year from registration date. Within 13 Days prior to Start of Course: If Wellness Within receives written notice from student of program withdrawal with less than 14 days until program is scheduled to begin, the course deposit cannot be transferred and is considered spent. Course manuals have been printed, and administration fees have been spent After Start of Course: The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts.
